I am a freelance digital artist from the Philippines. I like to draw fanart of series and videogames I love.

Personal Use

Usage Policy:I, the artist, reserve the right to my artwork. I am allowed to promote myself within any place or site, display it anywhere to my liking, and publish it in books. You may use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise (see commercial use policy).1. You may print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Do not reproduce with the intent to sell.2. You may also use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist. If the commissioner wishes for their commission to remain private, meaning that they wish for makimoone to not post the commissioned work or include it in makimoone's portfolio or commission advertisements, then it must be communicated before work has started on the project. Otherwise, the artist retains the right to post the artwork and use it in makimoone’s portfolios and commission advertisements.3. If you wish to start using a completed art by makimoone that was originally under personal use, you may reach out to the artist and pay for the additional fee intended for commercial use.

Commercial Use

Usage Policy:If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.1. The minimum price increases 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.2. The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).

General

Payment:1. You can pay through GCash, PayPal Invoicing, VGen, or through Ko-Fi (for art commissions that cost 60$ or less only).2. All transactions are to be paid in full upfront for anything that costs $60 or less before work begins. For works that cost $60+, a 50% down payment is required and the rest must be paid before I send you the completed work.3. You are only granted three (3) free revisions in the sketching/draft stage. Beyond that, you will be charged 15% of the base price per revision.

Communication:1. Communication should primarily take place through email, but for larger projects, a quick messaging app like Discord, Instagram, or FB Messenger can be used.2. Please send clear visual references and specifications.3. Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 1-2 weeks. I will give you an estimated time for completion, and/or let you know if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time.

Termination & Refund:1. The commission may be terminated at the request of the commissioner for any reason, however the amount of work already put in by the artist must be fairly compensated. The commissioner will receive a refund for the portion of the commission that was not completed and receive the incomplete artwork file.2. All commission types that do not require sketch approval will not receive the incomplete artwork file. (examples include: sketch commissions, icons, logos commissions, emote commissions.)3. For any commissions that require an approval sketch, a 70% refund will be issued if there has not been any progress beyond sketch cleaning. For each step beyond the sketching or sketch cleaning phases, a percentage of the full commission price will be retained by the artist as compensation for the work performed.Partial stages will only be counted if a substantial portion of that stage has been completed (in this case, a substantial portion is 60% or more of the stage completed.) Below is a breakdown of how much of the full commission price will be refunded if the phase is substantially near completion:Lineart phase: 40%
Flat colour phase: 30%
Shading/highlighting phase: 10%
Touch-ups and final editing phase: 0%4. Incomplete artwork may not be edited or worked upon by any artist other than makimoone.
